Solid Rock Minnesota was concieved in 2005 as a family and community based outreach program for Minnesota and surrounding states.
We have been involved in
Critical Incident Stress Management, offering group debriefings to Police, Fire, EMS and Medical personnel after critical incidents in the line of duty.
We also have been involved with our Hat Outreach program in the Minnesota area. Each year we will make 75-100 knit hats and donate them to a clinic that has a high volume of immigrants coming to Minnesota without proper winter clothing.
And our newest endeavor has been the Solid Rock Minnesota Podcast and Blog.
